One Voice Who Changed The World

Anne Frank was one of many who inspired me to write. I wonder if she would possess the same vivacity, courage and hope evident in the diary if she were alive as a child of 15 today.  I also wonder whether she lost those qualities in her last days as an inmate at Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp, Germany, where she apparently died of typhus and starvation.

Here is a link to a 1997 Newsweek article about a woman who says she saw Anne Frank die. A sad account to be sure. http://www.newsweek.com/i-saw-anne-frank-die-174318
